A unique benefit and advantage of living at Pinellas Village is licensed on-site child care. We currently contract with R’Club www.rclub.net to provide before and after-school care and day care to children ages 8 weeks to 14 years of age. The center is open from 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday. There is also a complete summer program held in our Community Room and operated during the same hours. R’Club does accept Coordinated Child Care for discounted rates.

Other property amenities are:

• Community Room: This area doubles as the location of our after-school child care and summer day care program. When not being used for child care, it is used for classes, Town Hall meetings, community parties, and private parties. 
• Laundry Room: Washers and dryers are accessible to residents 24 hours per day.
• Computer Lab: Located within the Community Room, the lab is equipped with computers, printers, and a copier for parents and children who need to complete research or homework for classes. All computers are internet-accessible. 
• Pool Area: Families can sun bathe or cool off in the pool or play with their children in the children’s pool. This area is located next to the Administrative offices.
• Picnic/BBQ Areas: There are numerous grills and tables located throughout the property to enjoy family picnics.
• Play Areas: Playground equipment for all ages is located throughout the property where your children can meet friends and enjoy their free time. There is also a basketball court located next to the Community Room for more active recreation.
