Our community consists of 120 affordable 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and central heat and air conditioning. Water/sewage/garbage is included in the monthly rent, and residents are responsible for all other utilities. 

Many of our residents pay affordable full-market rent, but we also accept Section 8 housing vouchers from St. Petersburg www.stpeteha.org, Pinellas County www.pin-cha.org, and Clearwater Housing www.clearwaterhousingauth.org authorities. Housing vouchers allow residents to have an affordable rental payment while attaining their education and training goals.
